Preventive Maintenance-a necessity, or an
unnecessary cost?
As a consumer, I'm sure you know that the
life expectancy of electronics never seems
to be the actual outcome of the product.
Does anyone really read all the instructions
that come with their new computer. If you
are like most people you can't wait to jump
right into the system and load your DATA and
software. By the time you finish loading
everything you're a pro and no longer need
the enclosed directions.
If you read the broken grammar instructions,
you'd see that a suggested amount of
maintenance is necessary to maintain the
proper functions of the computer. Think of
it this way. If you didn't get regular oil
changes on your car, you'd end up blowing
your transmission. The cost of a new
transmission tremendously outweighs that of
a routine oil change. Now apply those same
basics to your computer. A preventive
maintenance package will keep your power
supply fully functioning, your fans cooling
properly, your case clean of potential
